At Buy Kiwi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Buy Kiwi account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RMA number clearly written inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please ensure you retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
